We are the personal information controller for all data collected through this website and its associated forms.

What Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our eligibility checker, contact form, or newsletter sign-up:

• Personal identifiers: Full name, email address
• Demographic information: Age range, gender
• Educational background: Highest educational attainment
• Program preferences: Destination countries, fields of interest
• Language proficiency: German level, TOPIK level (Korean), IELTS score
• Financial readiness: Budget range for program preparation
• Timeline: When you plan to travel or study abroad

We do not collect government-issued ID numbers, passport numbers, financial account details, or sensitive personal information beyond what is listed above.

• To generate your personalized eligibility results and matched programs
• To send you your eligibility results via email when requested
• To follow up with guidance on next steps for programs you qualify for
• To refer your profile to verified partner institutions and licensed professionals relevant to your selected destinations
• To improve our platform and matching accuracy
• To send you relevant updates and program information if you subscribe to our newsletter

We will not use your information for purposes beyond those stated above without your separate consent.

Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only with the following parties, and only to the extent necessary to process your eligibility and connect you with programs:

• Verified program partners: Accredited educational institutions, licensed recruitment partners, and immigration professionals relevant to your selected study destinations (e.g., Germany, South Korea, New Zealand). These partners are bound by confidentiality agreements and applicable data protection laws.
• Formspree: Our form submission processor, which receives and forwards your form data to our email. Formspree operates under its own privacy policy at formspree.io.
• Beehiiv: Our newsletter platform, which manages email subscriptions. Beehiiv operates under its own privacy policy at beehiiv.com.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. We do not share your data with employers, job placement agencies, or advertisers.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and in accordance with applicable law. Specifically:

• Eligibility form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted from our form processor.
• Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe.
• Internal referral logs are retained for up to 2 years for record-keeping and partner accountability purposes.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@studyeverywhere.ph.

StudyEverywhere PH is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our platform, please contact us immediately at hello@studyeverywhere.ph.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
